At Squish Mallow, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number:
Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
If a cancellation request is received after processing has started, the order may already be prepared for shipment and cannot be stopped.
In such cases, customers must wait for delivery and follow our Return & Refund Policy instead.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Squish Mallow reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that:
